Bring Your Own Boat – A Summer Morning on the Maumee River
Join Toledo Zoo staff for an early morning tour of the Maumee River in your own canoe or kayak. You will embark on a leisurely two hour paddle of the river adjacent to the Zoo, exploring around the islands for turtles, birds and other wildlife.
Cost: $25 per canoe or kayak for members and $30 per canoe or kayak for non-members.
Children must be in a boat with an adult. This is a beginner level program.
Participants must provide their own canoe or kayak and paddle(s) and are required to bring and wear their own approved personal floatation device. We also recommend sunscreen, hat, binoculars and an ample supply of water.
